Our vision

is to be the change we want to see in the world.

Our mission

is to organize events, seminars and workshops to create spaces to explore who we truly are from an individual and collective perspective. Discovering and using tools and techniques that make us more insightful on what it takes to enter authentic dialogue and think together is a central focus of Holistic Dialogue. To achieve this, we use the experience of the present moment as a mirror for life as a whole. We contemplate life from four perspectives: an objective one, a subjective one and each of these again from an individual and a collective perspective. It requires an open mind and an open heart to be able to use one's own free will to change.

Our strategic principles

are based on holding a healthy tension between being & doing so as to become even more empowered to use our potential to the fullest. This healthy tension takes the form of an innovative and creative impulse that delivers beyond what each one of us would achieve if we would not be consciously sharing our insights. It builds a network of intention that generates a transformative energy.

We promote

the establishment of a way of interacting - the holistic dialogue - that allows shaping the future through growing the awareness of:

  • our past habits, mental models and conformism to who we believe we are;
  • our confronting nature stemming from being our thoughts and points of views instead of acknowledging them as just thoughts and not as being who we deeply are;
  • our ability to be present, reach out for a creative flow which transform life with grace; and
  • our choice to inquire and reflect and of our ability to change our mind. It takes to listen deeply from within and see oneself as part of the whole.

A set of central values

are at the heart of a holistic dialogue

  • self-responsibility: no matter if my direct counterpart should change, it is first for me to act;
  • creativity: I am comfortable with chaos and structure, with abundance and emptiness, when I am in the flow of the present moment, I can become creative and shape the future;
  • connection: I know that place in me of light, love and peace, I can connect to it and act from it;
  • presence: I avoid feeding the mental chatter and ‘me centeredness’ spiral, I open myself to and accept what is as it is, enabling new ways to emerge;
  • non-judgment: I let go of categorizing everything I am exposed to into ‘I like’ and ‘I dislike’;
  • unity: I am you and you are me, when you are at peace with yourself and I am in at peace with myself, we are one.

We aim at

encouraging people to become aware of their potential as catalysts for change and transformation in business, society and family. We are convinced that a holistic approach to the challenges humans are facing right now is needed. Holistic Dialogue does not support any particular religious, sectarian or political movement and at the same time it is not neutral in its world view. We believe in the unity of humanity and that we are all embarked on a journey of interdependence where personal, collective mastery and holistic mastery are important foundations.
