If you are interested to know more or to share your experience on any of the below, just get in touch with us. We are regularly contacted by like minded and we stay open to the possibility of getting together in a peer group set up to exchange insights and practices. Here below, three self-study tools that we treasure highly for their depth, truth and power.

A Course in Miracles (ACIM)
This is the most challenging self-help book we have been confronted with. For us, it has been a powerful experience to read and practice the teachings of the book. Indeed, it is a book to practice more than to read. It has been channeled by two American university teachers. For details on its genesis, and the whole community worldwide busy working with it, feeling and practicing its wealth of insights on human nature, the best is to consult the official web site www.acim.org/. Many other sites offer support for the study, just find the one that correspond to your sensibility. Many books have been written on the experience made with it by spiritual leaders of all faiths and cultures. We will not venture in attempting any sort of summary which would bee far too reductionist. What we can try to do is to synthesise a few remarkable learning we made. We particularly treasure as a result of making ourselves busy with it:
- To read the word God in any context feeling informed and not affected;
- To be aware of our own monkey mind and have acquired some tools and practice to quiet it;
- To honor our shadows and use them as door openers to new discoveries and learning;
- To challenge our certainties and have experienced the deceptive powers of our thoughts and filters; and
- To tap into the colleactive intelligence and feel part of the great whole.

Opening Doors Within
For online daily guidance www.findhorn.org/onlinecommunity/dailyguidance.
The late Eileen Caddy, one of the founders of the Findhorn Community, has been channeling messages to help us live our lives. The channeling experience of Eileen is explained in great depth in her auto-biography 'Flight into freedom and Beyond'. The trust Eileen displayed in the small voice she could hear within herself is a remarkable example of humility, surrender and obedience.
Each reading is focusing on a particular theme or aspect. it helps put things into perspective and can be used as reminder of the vision, the direction where to head to. we often find these readings new impulses. They temper our heights and boost us in our lows. They make us reflect and tap into our resources. So far, the persons we know and who have started with Opening Doors Within seem to turn this book into a life companion. It occupies a special place on their night tables and many people start their day reading the message of the day. We feel that we belong to the web of all those who worldwide just do the same. This forms a virtual community of people committed to self-reflection and guided actions in their daily handling.
In the last years, many daily guidance books have been blossoming. We know many of them, but none can be compared in terms of inner quality and purity to the one Eileen Caddy has channeled. This is a gift to humanity and we wish you to be able to build on its wisdom.
The most ordinary, mundane job when done with Love can bring wonderful and amazing results, so let Love flow freely with everything you undertake. Realise that what you are doing is needed and that no job or action is too small or insignificant.

The Quest, Exploring a Sense of Soul
To visit the official website www.thequest.org.uk.
The Quest was first published in 2001. It has been created by a team having close contact to Findhorn Community. The Quest looks into various areas of life, values, life vision and mission. It fosters the unity of body, mind and soul. Each chapter has references to readings of articles, books, to exercises and tools that help the practitioners to explore multiple dimensions and get clarity about where one stands. The Quest is a holistic framework enabling both personal development and spiritual growth. it does not tell the practitioners what to think but enable you to find it out for yourself. Just to present a few questions that The Quest helps you reflect about:
- What does 'spiritual' mean?
- What has been important in your life?
- What is living life with a greater level of meaning?
- What are the roots of your beliefs?
- What maps might help you understand your experience?
- What kind of crisis might I encounter?
- How can you express your sense of soul in a connected and inclusive way?
