Towards a goal with greater meaning

With spiritual quest we refer to the journey towards a meaningful goal. 'Spiritual' means for us what is greater than the self, what transcends polarities, paradoxes and contradictions. It is about what gives a meaning on a lasting basis. It encompasses the connection to other beings, to nature, to the power of being and the light and energy at the source. 'Quest' refers to the pursuit of life fundamental questions.

A paradigm shift at the scale of the world

We are at a very special crossroad in the history of humanity. Many self-defined systems (religious, political, philosophical, economical, environmental, scientific, etc.) will have to change dramatically to adjust to the new challenges the evolution of the world offers in the present time.

The same might become true at the level of individuals. In the era of globalisation and of greater awareness of the human network of intentions, one cannot exclude that humanity might choose to free itself from its old beliefs, enter a dynamic of self-responsibility and choose to commit to give itself a Now filled with new possibilities and prepare a promising future for the next generation.

Spiritual intelligence

In 2000, in a book entitles 'Spiritual Intelligence', Zohar and Marshall said that neither IQ (the intellect) nor EQ (the emotions), separetely or in combination, is enough to explain the full complexity of human intelligence nor the vast richness of the human soul and imagination. [...] Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) gices us our ability to temper rigid rules with understanding and compassion and an equal ability to see when compassion and understanding have their limits. [...] It is in its transofrmative power that SQ differs mainly from EQ'.
